Items are shipped within a week of ordering, however during busy periods we may take longer. Please allow a few days window before contacting us.

We offer standard and track services with partnered courier companies in different countries to guarantee you can track and receive your item. If you choose standard shipping we cannot brake responsibility for missing orders  

TANTO is a small business and therefore is not responsible for any international customs and/or import charges. You may want to collect more information on whether your country is subject to this.

Orders are delivered to the address at check out so please make sure you are entering the right address and that all information is correct before purchase.

We CANNOT be responsible for missing or delayed parcels that are a result from wrong information provided.
